Terms of Use

By using TT Spot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The basics

• You must be 18 or older to use TT Spot, and hold a valid driving licence to organise meets.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what you post and for how you drive.

Meets and driving

• Meets on TT Spot are legal, public gatherings. No street racing, no illegal modifications on show, no dangerous driving to or from a meet.
• Follow local laws, parking rules and the venue's rules. Organisers are responsible for their meets.
• We may remove a meet or an account that breaks these rules without notice.

Events and registration

• Some events ask you to check in at the door and fill in the organiser's registration form. Your answers go to the organiser; your phone and email only if you tick the consent box.
• Booths can save your details by scanning your event pass, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
• Check in only for yourself, and only when you are there. Do not share your pass or entry number.
• Organisers and exhibitors are responsible for their events, booths, freebies and how they use your details.

Lucky draws

• Lucky draws are free to enter. One entry per member who checks in. Nothing you buy, earn or do gives you extra entries or better odds.
• TT Spot is the sponsor of record for draws run in the app. Prizes are provided by the event organiser, who hands them over.
• Apple and Google are not sponsors of any draw and are not involved in it in any way.
• Winners are picked at random by the app. The organiser's rules, such as being present or a time to claim, are shown on the event page. An unclaimed prize passes to the next person drawn.

Content

• Post only what you have the right to post. Do not post other people's number plates, faces or private information without their consent.
• No harassment, hate, scams, spam or adult content.
• TT Spot has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members. New posts and moments are checked automatically. You can report any post, comment, moment, message, meet, club or profile and block any member. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend the accounts that posted it.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give TT Spot a licence to show it inside the app and in TT Spot's own promotion, which ends when you delete it.

TiTi and AI features

• TiTi and the other AI features are automated and can be wrong. Check anything important yourself.
• Do not rely on TiTi for safety, legal, insurance, road tax or driving decisions. Check official sources such as JPJ, PUSPAKOM or your insurer.
• Toy cars and portraits are made by AI from your photo and may not match your car exactly.
• Do not use TiTi to create harmful, illegal or misleading content.

Points, rewards and vouchers

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Vouchers are offered by partners, on their conditions. TT Spot is not the seller.
• We may change or end the rewards programme at any time; unused points may lapse.

Cards and blind boxes

• Blind boxes are opened with points only. They cannot be bought with money.
• The odds for each box are shown in the app before you open it.
• Cards have no cash value. Trade them only inside the app, never for money.

Partners and car clubs

• Partner and car club accounts are approved by TT Spot and may be removed if the rules are broken.
• Partners pay a commission on redeemed vouchers as agreed in their partner terms.

Safety

• Location sharing is your choice. Meet people in public places. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.
• TT Spot does not run the meets and is not liable for what happens at them.

Ending your account

• You can delete your account any time in Settings.
• We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

TT Spot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or damage arising from meets, events, driving, AI answers, or the actions of other members, organisers or partners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
